We at Future Computers Limited are currently looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team at our Santa Venera Shop. Chosen candidates will be in-charge of providing clients with sales quotations, Answering Calls and providing Customer Support over the phone, Opening and Replying to Support Tickets, Provide Training to Customers on how to use our Products & Services, while up-keeping the shop and keeping our Social Media Pages up to date with our latest Products, Services, and Offers.
Requirements:
1) Candidate must posses a valid Maltese driving license and clean Maltese police conduct.
2) An excellent understanding and verbal communication of the Maltese and English languages is a MUST. (Other languages will be considered an asset).
3) Have a minimum of 1 year work experience in the I.T sector or similar position.
4) An extensive understanding of networking, computing, Social Media, Point of Sales Systems, Phone Support, and Sales. (diplomas / degrees / certificates will be considered an asset).
5) Chosen candidates are expected to be, reliable, friendly towards others, able to work both alone and as a group, smart, have an excellent level of personal hygiene, always on time, can-do attitude and ready to start a future with us at Future Computers.
